Zoom and Suki Plan to Provide AI-generated Clinical Notes to Healthcare Institutions

Suki, the leader in artificial intelligence (AI) technology for healthcare, has announced plans to partner with AI-first work platform and leading telehealth platform Zoom Video Communications, Inc. Zoom plans to use Suki’s AI engine, Suki Platform, to generate clinical notes and incorporate AI capabilities into its solution, enhancing user experience and ultimately improving patient care. Suki Platform enables large and small companies alike to build cutting-edge AI experiences with minimal development effort and already reaches nearly one million clinicians across the United States.

Suki plans to power ambient clinical documentation supporting Zoom telehealth visits and in-person visits. Studies have shown that AI-based clinical notes can help reduce physician note-taking by up to 70%, thereby increasing time spent with patients (Mayo Clinic).
