Aquiline Capital Partners LP ("Aquiline"), a private investment firm specializing in financial services and related technologies, has announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell Quintes Holding B.V. ("Quintes") to Brown & Brown, Inc. ("Brown & Brown"), a leading insurance brokerage firm. The Quintes management ownership team will also be selling to Brown & Brown. The acquisition is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2024, pending customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

Voyager Insurance Services has been acquired by Caledon Group (CGL) for an undisclosed fee, resulting in the appointment of a new Executive Team to drive the business forwards.

Mansutti S.r.l is the commercial lines broker of Mansutti S.p.A., which was established by the Mansutti family in Milan in 1925. The firm has an annual Gross Written Premium of €45.5 million across Liability, Property, Employee Benefits, Automotive, and Marine.
